Description
Cboe EDGX Exchange, Inc. proposes to amend Rules 19.3 and 19.4 to establish generic initial and continued listing standards for options on commodity-based trusts holding multiple crypto assets. The proposed criteria include a minimum average daily market value of $700 million for each underlying crypto asset over the preceding 12 months and a qualifying derivatives market with which the Exchange has a comprehensive surveillance-sharing agreement. The changes would also permit listing options on exchange-traded funds defined under Rule 6c-11 and make related conforming amendments. The SEC notice requests comments on the proposed rule change.
