Description
The Federal Communications Commission proposes to establish FCC/OGC-8, Suspension and Debarment Records, as a new system of records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974. The system will collect information about prior misconduct by individuals and entities participating in certain FCC-administered programs, including the Universal Service Fund and the Telecommunications Relay Services program. The information will support the Suspending and Debarring Official in determining whether to exclude individuals or entities or take other actions permitted under 2 CFR 6001. The system becomes effective October 22, 2026, and written comments on its routine uses are due November 23, 2026.
