Description
The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to issue an order cancelling the registrations of the transfer agents listed in the notice’s Appendix. The Commission states it believes each listed transfer agent is no longer in existence or has ceased doing business as a transfer agent. The order may be issued any time after December 1, 2026. A representative who believes a registration should not be cancelled must notify the Commission by email within 30 days after the notice date.
