FDIC Enterprise Credit Ratings, Research, and Bloomberg Data-Feed Subscriptions

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking enterprise credit-rating research and data-feed subscriptions for its personnel. - Government buyer: Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), DOA, Acquisition Services Branch (ASB); the FDIC Library is the end-user office. The RFQ identifies Andy Greenfield. - Requested subscription lots: - Lot 1 — Credit Research and Ratings License: enterprise web access to credit ratings, opinions, research, search and analytics tools, portfolios, alerts, analyst access, training, and support. - Lot 2 — Ratings Feed License: proprietary ratings and related data delivered through the FDIC Bloomberg data feed, account BBPS #30119240. Coverage includes organizations and instruments, municipal securities, identifiers, credit-risk measures, classifications, and historical data. - Quantities and part numbers: One enterprise subscription under CLIN 0001; the pricing schedule lists one Lot 1 license and one Lot 2 license for each of the base and three optional one-year periods. No part numbers are specified. - Notable requirements: Suppliers must be nationally recognized statistical rating organizations (NRSROs). The service includes broad financial-sector and instrument coverage, historical data, user training, and connectivity/helpdesk support. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites you to submit a quote in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) CORHQ-26-Q-0426 for FDIC’s Credit Ratings, Research, and Data Feed Subscriptions.

All quotes shall be submitted in strict adherence to the proposal instructions outlined in provision 7.3.2-09 “General Proposal Instructions – December 2023”, included in the referenced solicitation. The FDIC will respond to questions or requests for clarification submitted in writing by an offeror, regarding this solicitation.

Questions regarding the solicitation are due by 12:00 PM EDT on Thursday, October 29, 2026, via email to me at agreenfield@fdic.gov. Please use the attachment, Questions - Answers, to document and submit any questions.

Quotations are due by 12:00 PM EDT on Friday, November 06, 2026, via email to me at agreenfield@fdic.gov.

Submit the Pricing Schedule, Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs of the solicitation, including a point of contact. (See attachment - Section B-1 - Pricing Schedule – Credit Ratings and Research) Submit Representations & Certifications - Complete and submit Section K - Representation, Certifications and Other Statements of Offerors. (See Section K of the attached RFQ) Also, when you price this requirement out, please provide details of what is included with the Subscription for the End Users. Please provide your SAM UEI Number.
