The City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission is seeking bids for a remodel of the Planning and Development Services Office. The work is to be bid as a lump sum and includes the labor, supervision, materials, supplies, permits, licenses, and other costs required by the specifications and drawings. The solicitation includes construction drawings, general requirements, a draft contract, and insurance requirements; bidders must also provide required affidavits and certifications and disclose any subcontractors. A pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for October 21, 2026, and bids are due October 30, 2026.
