Description

The City of Fountain Valley seeks proposals from qualified medical facilities and physicians to provide occupational medical and review services. The scope includes pre-employment and annual physical examinations and screenings, workers’ compensation injury and illness evaluation and treatment, and other specified medical testing and evaluations. Services must comply with applicable regulations, including those of the Division of Workers’ Compensation, U.S. Department of Transportation, California Department of Motor Vehicles, Cal/OSHA, California Commission on Police Officer Standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The contract is planned for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2027, with two one-year renewal options; proposals must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids by December 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. PST.
