Emanuel County Schools is seeking classroom furniture and complete installation for Twin City Elementary School. - Buyer: Emanuel County Schools / Emanuel County Board of Education, Georgia. - Requested furniture: 550 student chairs: 40 with nominal 14-inch seat height, 255 with nominal 16-inch seat height, and 255 with nominal 18-inch seat height; plus 550 individual student desks. - Desk requirements: Nominal 18-by-24-inch solid-plastic writing surface, open-front polymer/plastic book box, steel frame, height-adjustable legs, and non-marking felt glides. A separately priced optional alternate may substitute high-pressure laminate tops for all 550 desks. - Chair requirements: Durable molded-plastic seat and back, four-leg steel frame with chrome or corrosion-resistant finish, and non-marking felt glides compatible with school floors. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturer, brand, or vendor is named. Proposers must identify the manufacturer and model for each proposed product. - Delivery and installation: Include freight, unloading, assembly, installation, room placement, supervision, adjustment, and packaging removal for a ready-to-use installation; correct shortages, defects, shipping damage, and installation deficiencies at no additional charge. - Notable requirements: Provide product literature, dimensions, warranties, compliance information, a specification-by-specification response, relevant institutional-furniture experience and references, and a delivery and installation plan. Emanuel County Schools is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors to furnish, deliver, assemble, and install new student chairs and desks at Twin City Elementary School. The required package includes 550 student chairs in three seat heights and 550 desks with solid-plastic tops. Proposals must include all furniture, labor, materials, freight, unloading, assembly, installation, room placement, and packaging removal for a complete, ready-to-use installation.
