The Centre de services scolaire des Patriotes seeks professional mechanical and electrical engineering services for major renovations at École primaire de la Pommeraie and École primaire de l’Aquarelle. The work includes preliminary multidisciplinary assessments, preparatory and regulatory studies, plans and specifications, cost estimates, tender support, construction-phase services, site visits, progress monitoring, and final inspections. The assessments at both schools must be conducted at the same time, although construction will take place at different times.
