Cornell University is seeking statements of qualifications from consultants to provide engineering design services for removing the existing cooling tower and chiller at Kenneth Post Laboratory and converting the building’s cooling system to Cornell’s campus chilled water distribution system. Services include investigating existing conditions, designing a new chilled water connection, preparing construction documents, specifications and cost estimates, coordinating with university and utility stakeholders, supporting bidding, and providing construction administration. The project also includes modifications to existing mechanical, electrical and controls systems and related infrastructure improvements.
