Description

The Form 470 and attached RFP seek bids to establish convenience contracts for E-Rate-eligible information technology products and services, with quantities determined by member needs. The scope includes Arista or equivalent network equipment and related services, including internal connections, cabling, caching, firewalls, racks, routers, switches, UPS/battery backup, wireless access points and controllers, managed services, maintenance, and professional services. USETPA is authorized to solicit bids but not to order services; the contracts may be used by eligible members and certain schools, libraries, and local government entities.
