Northumberland Public Library is seeking internet connectivity for its main library, annex, and bookmobile. - Government buyer: Northumberland Public Library, a local public library in Heathsville, Northumberland County, Virginia; no sub-agency or purchasing office is identified. - Requested services: Four service configurations, each with a quantity of one: - Main library internet access bundled with transport, from 100 Mbps up to 1 Gbps; minimum required speed is 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
