Furnish it without rivet, pilot, or fastener holes. - Requirements include F-2.959 finish: anodize to MIL-A-8625 Type I or Type IC (Type IC preferred), Class 1, and prime to the specified requirements. Special processes require applicable NADCAP approval; a Certificate of Conformance and material certification are required. - Mark the item to MIL-STD-130 and drawing requirements, including the NSN, part number, current design authority code 98748, actual manufacturer’s CAGE code, manufacture date, and “FOR MILITARY USE ONLY.” Do not use Boeing’s original design authority CAGE code or the word “BOEING” in the marking. - First article is due within 303 calendar days of contract date; the Government has 120 calendar days after receipt to advise approval status.
