The Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research for replacement of ten door assemblies at its Eastern Colorado Area Office in Loveland, Colorado. - Government buyer: Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO). - Procurement scope: Replace ten existing commercial door assemblies, including removal and disposal, installation of doors and related components, access-system connections where specified, and restoration of affected finishes. - Door assemblies: One storefront entry; one interior vestibule pair; one north-side vestibule door; one south-west elevation door; one east elevation door; one north-side west elevation assembly with sidelights; one basement south elevation door; one basement north elevation door; one basement east-facing double-door assembly with upper panel; and one second-level south-facing door. Configurations include full-lite and half-lite doors, sidelights, and a transom or panel. - Important requirements: Use code-compliant commercial hardware and meet applicable building, fire, accessibility, life-safety, and egress requirements. Integrate card access/security systems, automatic operators, or push-button actuators where specified. Retain and test the existing interior vestibule operator and actuator if serviceable; do not replace them unless directed. Improve weather sealing where needed, including to reduce pest entry. - Work conditions and performance: The facility remains occupied during work. Complete the work within 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed; submit a work schedule within 10 days after Notice to Proceed. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, OEMs, or vendors are named in the notice or attachment summaries.
