Description

The project consists of the complete demolition and removal of nine existing buildings at the former Plummer Community Corrections Center, including foundations, footings, concrete slabs, and below-grade construction. Demolition debris must be removed and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations, and utilities must be disconnected, cut, and permanently capped near each building while existing site utilities and improvements are protected. Building excavations must be backfilled and rough graded to safe, stable, and properly draining conditions; comprehensive site grading, paving replacement, landscaping, and redevelopment are excluded.
