FCC Beaumont is seeking fresh whole-wheat hamburger and hot dog rolls for Federal Bureau of Prisons food service. - Government buyer - Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Beaumont; contracting contact named in the documents: Dillon Tydlacka. - Products and quantities - 6,676 packs of sliced, seedless whole-wheat finger rolls for hot dogs. - 10,920 packs of sliced, seedless whole-wheat sandwich rolls for hamburgers. - Each pack must contain 12 rolls; quantities are estimates. - Product requirements - Both items must meet CID A-A-20053C, Type I, and be enriched, whole wheat, pan-baked, sliced, fresh, and seedless. - Deliver fresh bread within 48 hours of baking, with weekly deliveries.
