The Department of the Air Force is seeking just-in-time repair services for F-16 UCADC components to support operational readiness. - Government buyer: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center, office FA8251 (AFSC PZABB), Hill Air Force Base. - OEMs and vendors: No OEM, repair vendor, or other commercial company is named. Repairs must follow applicable OEM specifications, approved Technical Orders, and USAF engineering dispositions. - Components for repair: Quantities are not specified. - Five circuit card assemblies: NSN 5998-01-399-5953, P/N 8518945-902; NSN 5998-01-399-8603, P/N 8518948-903; NSN 5998-01-399-8605, P/N 8518951-902; NSN 5998-01-406-3089, P/N 8518937-901; and NSN 5998-01-406-3087, P/N 8518983-903. - One power supply assembly: NSN 6130-01-410-9195, P/N 8518938-902. - Two pressure transducers: NSN 6685-00-149-1026, P/N 4007515-903, and NSN 6685-00-259-3013, P/N 4007515-902. - Key requirements: Test, evaluate, repair, and return components to serviceable Condition Code A. Work is unprogrammed and just-in-time, with required turnaround times. Cosmetic restoration to a like-new appearance is not required.

Description

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to test, evaluate, repair, and restore F-16 UCADC components to a serviceable Condition Code A in accordance with OEM specifications, approved Technical Orders (TOs), and USAF engineering dispositions. Cosmetic restoration to like-new appearance is not required.
