Bidders must also price termite and bedbug treatment per linear foot, plus annual warranties for treated buildings after the first-year warranty period and maximum renewal-period price increases. - Notable service requirements: Callbacks are required within 24 hours at no additional charge. Chemicals must be odorless and human-nontoxic, with safety data sheets provided in advance. The bid includes recurring inspections at County facilities, evening and weekend service pricing, and line items for termite and bedbug treatment and annual warranties. An optional pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 3, 2026.
