Description

The Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services Central Purchasing division is seeking proposals on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Education for a vendor to develop a master Power BI dashboard and expand the dashboard suite, data models, workflows, and financial reporting views as needs evolve. Work includes building dashboards for audit cycles, GAAP Package tracking, and the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards; integrating and modeling PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and other required data; and providing maintenance, enhancements, documentation, and training. The contract’s initial term runs from award through June 30, 2027, with five one-year renewal options. Responses are due November 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
