East Texas A&M University is seeking architectural firms to support university construction projects through an as-needed services pool. - Government buyer: East Texas A&M University, Texas A&M University System, Procurement Services, Commerce, Texas. - OEMs and vendors: No product OEMs or responding architectural firms are named. The buyer is East Texas A&M University; the Texas A&M University System is its parent agency. - Services requested: Architectural planning and design, including conceptual and schematic design, drawings, renderings, and specifications; constructability, code, and regulatory reviews; cost and schedule analysis; bid and procurement support; construction administration, submittal and RFI review, site reviews and inspections; change-order and claim support; and project closeout, punch lists, and record drawings. - Work arrangement: Assignments are scoped and priced individually as needs arise. Multiple firms may be selected, and assignments are not guaranteed. Other higher-education institutions may also use the pool. - Notable requirement: The stated VetHUB participation goal is 2%.

Description

East Texas A&M University is seeking qualifications from firms to provide professional architectural services under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity arrangement. Services will support university-managed projects and may include design, procurement, construction administration, and closeout activities, as well as assistance with small projects, surveying, and construction packages. The university intends to qualify multiple firms for a pool that may also be used by other institutions of higher education. Responses are due November 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
