Description

The project renovates eight existing restrooms at the Richardson & Robbins Building, updating fixtures and finishes and rearranging layouts for ADA compliance. Two grouped first-floor restrooms will be replaced with six single-user restrooms, and the six remaining gendered restrooms will be completely renovated. Work includes new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes; plumbing fixtures and piping; electrical devices and lighting; HVAC accessories; toilet partitions; and casework. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 10, 2026, and attendance is a prerequisite for bidding.
