Estimated annual requirements are approximately 134,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline and 166,000 gallons of ultra-low-sulfur diesel, with estimated annual expenditure of approximately $1,000,000. The solicitation is intended to result in an award to one vendor; the contract term is November 16, 2026 through November 30, 2027, with options to renew annually through November 30, 2031. Vendors must provide pricing as a differential relative to the OPIS Dallas/Ft. Worth Net Rack Price and include Net Rack Price verification with each invoice upon delivery.
