Description

The Ocean County Improvement Authority seeks qualifications from vendors to provide general counsel services under a one-year contract term from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028. Work includes legal research and advice, legal representation, review and drafting of Authority documents and contracts, procurement guidance, and attendance at Authority meetings. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the County's OpenGov portal by November 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time; only one proposal may be submitted. The successful vendor must have at least two years of experience providing these services.
