Description

The Ocean County Improvement Authority is requesting qualifications to establish a pool of qualified underwriters for bonds, notes, and other financing obligations issued during a one-year contract term, February 1, 2027 through January 31, 2028. Services may include underwriting and related investment-banking advice, financing structure and pricing analysis, marketing and sale of obligations, and support with financing and disclosure documents. Pool selection does not guarantee transaction awards, compensation, or a minimum amount of work; assignments and compensation will be authorized separately for specific transactions.
