SAP S/4HANA Variant Configuration Training and Consulting RFI

Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (FPI/UNICOR) is seeking market-research responses for SAP S/4HANA Variant Configuration training and related consulting support. - Government buyer - U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons; Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (FPI/UNICOR), a self-supporting government corporation. - OEM - SAP — the requested training and support concerns SAP S/4HANA Variant Configuration. - Services requested - Executive-level overview of Variant Configuration, including sales and marketing strategy, product design, and new product development and implementation. - Hands-on introductory training: 2 days; intermediate training: 2 days; expert training: 1 day. Training documents are required for use and future reference. - Assistance establishing a QAS ALE transport process and training FPI staff to test Variant Configuration items in QAS before changes affect the production (PRD) client. - Review of advanced Variant Configuration capabilities, including a potential replacement viewer for ECL Viewer, and review of FPI’s e-commerce site for Variant Configuration products with recommendations. - Notable requirements - Consultants must be U.S. citizens, pass NCIC background checks, and support knowledge transfer to FPI staff. - No equipment is specified. The referenced work is hands-on training and consulting. - Performance period - Approximately one week or 40 hours of hands-on training. Preparation, coordination, and presentation may extend up to six months from contract award.
