Quantities may change, orders may be incremental, and the City may award line items separately. Delivery is to the City Public Works Facility, with at least 48 hours' advance notice and delivery lead time provided. Apprenticeship/training-program documentation and evidence of insurance are required.

Quantities may vary, purchases may be incremental, and the City may award individual line items to separate bidders. Equivalent alternatives may be considered with product specifications submitted for preapproval, but the specified GE Cobra Head fixtures must be exact products. The initial contract term is one year, with options for two additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement.
