The Town of Riverdale Park is seeking a qualified provider to collect delinquent municipal accounts receivable. - Government buyer: Town of Riverdale Park, a local government in Prince George’s County, Maryland. - Requested service: Municipal accounts receivable collection services from one company authorized to conduct business in Maryland. - Accounts may include: Automated enforcement citations, parking violations, code enforcement fines and penalties, business license fees, returned checks and related fees, tax balances, false alarm fines, permit and rental license fees, property maintenance liens, special assessments, recreation program fees, and other delinquent accounts designated by the Town. - OEMs and named vendors: No OEMs or vendors are named; no specific products are requested. - Term: One initial year, with two optional one-year extensions.

Description

The Town of Riverdale Park is seeking a qualified company authorized to do business in Maryland to collect delinquent municipal accounts receivable. Accounts may include automated enforcement citations, parking violations, code enforcement fines, business license fees, returned checks, tax balances, false alarm fines, permit and rental license fees, property maintenance liens, special assessments, recreation program fees, and other delinquent receivables identified by the Town. The initial contract term is one year, with two optional one-year extensions. The selected company must begin services on December 1, 2026.
