Description

The City is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for construction management services for the Stadium District Amenity Buildings Project. The successful proponent will enter into a CCDC 5B-2025 construction management contract for pre-construction services. Before work begins, the City expects to enter into a CCDC 2 Stipulated Price contract and Supplementary Conditions. The RFP is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
