Description
The Department of Education is requesting an extension without change of the currently approved information collection for the Annual State Application under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, as amended in 2004. The renewal applies to Federal fiscal year 2027 and concerns state assurances and related policies, procedures, methods, and descriptions required for eligibility for a grant under 20 U.S.C. 1433. The collection concerns early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. Comments are due December 21, 2026.
