HRSA is seeking public comment on updates to its Maternal and Child Health Bureau performance-measures information collection. - Government buyer and program: The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is responsible for the Maternal and Child Health Bureau’s Discretionary Grant Information System (DGIS) performance measures. - Proposed collection changes: HRSA proposes terminology updates to five forms and removal of two forms because their data are now collected through the Partnership and Collaboration form. The other 42 forms would remain unchanged. - Purpose and requirements: The collected information supports grantee monitoring, program planning, performance reporting, and alignment with the Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant program. The collection is identified as OMB No. 0915-0298. - Procurement scope: This is a request for public comment, not a purchase opportunity. No products, services, OEMs, vendors, quantities, or contract value are identified.
Description
HRSA submitted an Information Collection Request to OMB for review and approval to revise the Maternal and Child Health Bureau Performance Measures for the Discretionary Grant Information System. The revision updates terminology across five forms and eliminates two forms whose data are now captured through the Partnership and Collaboration form; the remaining 42 forms carry forward unchanged. The performance data support grantee monitoring, program planning, performance reporting, and alignment with the Title V MCH Services Block Grant program. Comments are due by November 20, 2026.
