Description

Toho Water Authority is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified and experienced contractors to inspect, calibrate, repair, and/or replace its flow meters annually and on an as-needed basis. Testing, repair, and calibration must meet standards equivalent to those established by the American Water Works Association (AWWA). The flow meters are located in Kissimmee, Poinciana, and incorporated Osceola County, Florida. Submissions are due November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
