Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles (PQDS) is seeking a ready-to-use contactless donation solution for a coordinated fundraising campaign supporting free outdoor festivals. The procurement includes collection devices and accessories, donation collection and administration software, payment processing and disbursement, deployment, configuration, training, support, and applicable warranties. Bidders may propose the configuration best suited to PQDS’s needs, subject to the tender documents, and the solution will be evaluated as a whole. The solution must be operational by March 31, 2027, with devices and accessories delivered by March 1, 2027; the term is 12 months with an optional additional 12-month period. The maximum fixed price is $140,000 plus applicable taxes for Year 1 and $60,000 plus applicable taxes for the optional Year 2.
