Description

H-GAC, in partnership with Liberty County, seeks a qualified contractor to update the 2022 Liberty County Mobility Study and develop a comprehensive county-wide mobility plan. The work includes data collection, transportation needs assessment, evaluation of alternatives, and public outreach. The plan will integrate land use and development trends and prioritize safety, mobility, and an efficient, high-quality roadway network.
