The City of Lloydminster is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to establish compatible future land uses for lands surrounding the historical landfill site, including applicable setbacks, conditions, restrictions, and regulatory requirements. The work includes a regulatory review and jurisdictional scan, establishing compatible land uses, and securing regulatory approval or an opinion from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment. The consultant will also develop a future land use evaluation framework and review the proposed remediation strategy, making recommendations if required. The estimated contract period is 12 months, with a proposed start date of 2026/11/20.
