DLA Maritime – Puget Sound is seeking five sizes of Inconel welding studs for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF. - Buyer: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime – Puget Sound, Contracting Division (DLA-PME); contracting contact named in the attachment: Naomi Larson. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturer or vendor is identified; offerors are to identify the manufacturer of the items they propose. - Products requested: 550 Inconel welding studs across five configurations: - 200 × 3/8 in. × 3 in., part number N4523A 6275-9810 - 120 × 3/8 in. × 6 in., part number N4523A 6275-9811 - 114 × 5/8 in. × 3 in., part number N4523A 6275-9812 - 50 × 7/8 in. × 3 in., part number N4523A 6275-9813 - 66 × 1.5 in. × 3.75 in., part number N4523A 6275-9814 - Technical requirements: Nickel-chromium-molybdenum-columbium alloy, ASTM B446 UNS N06625 Grade 1, HF condition, annealed and pickled; threads must meet MIL-S-24149 Type V and dimensions shown in the attached sketches. - Notable terms and requirements: Firm-fixed-price supply requirement, contemplated single award, and FOB Destination delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington. This is a 100% small-business set-aside. Applicable NIST SP 800-171 assessment requirements include an exemption for qualifying COTS items.

SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS

DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure, INCONEL STUDS

manufactured in accordance with material specifications. The solicitation will be issued as; 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.

The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to:

Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.

All responsible sources interested in submitting offers must:

1)Complete the pricing for each CLIN listed.

2)Provide cage code.

2) Complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation.

3) Provide manufacturer information of proposed items.

4) Return all pages of the completed original solicitation package, signed.

5) Ensure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov).

6) Included lead time for delivery (please quote FOB destination).

In order to be considered for award, IF the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

 Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
