Each roll must be 2 inches (50.8 mm) in diameter, at least 600 feet (183 m) long, and have a minimum breaking strength of 89,000 lb (40,370 kg). The line must be new, suitable for marine mooring operations, and meet the stated technical requirements; delivery is due within six weeks after receipt of a purchase order.
