Description

This Request for Proposal is for Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) for Fisheries and Oceans Canada. The requirement is for Change Management Consultant Level 3 services to support adoption of digital investments and departmental transformation, including change management frameworks, tools, governance, and capability-building through training, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer. The work is limited to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders qualified under EN578-170432 at Tier 2 in the National Capital Region, and the notice estimates 7,200 days of effort over two years. The intended award is one contract with a 24-month duration.
