This is a refresh and reopening of the qualified supplier list under RFSA-000947, inviting additional proponents to qualify for a Supply Arrangement with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). Services cover seven streams: Business Process Consulting; Organizational Change Management; Financial Analysis and Enterprise Performance Management; Planning and Implementing - Technology Solutions; Project and Program Management; Risk and Internal Control; and Climate Change. Existing qualified suppliers must submit a new Supplier Eligibility Attestation Form, but do not need to resubmit offers for streams already awarded; they may submit for additional streams. The existing solicitation terms, requirements, and pricing structure remain in effect, and offers are due November 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
