The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), is seeking bids for construction of a new classroom facility adjacent to the existing driving range at Lanier Technical College. Bids and supporting documents must be submitted electronically through GSFIC’s e-Builder system; paper bids will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour is scheduled for November 10, 2026, and failure to attend will result in disqualification. Bids are due December 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET.
