NASA seeks Atlas Devices COASTER operations and technical support services

NASA Johnson Space Center needs continued Atlas Devices COASTER support for gravity-offload testing related to lunar and Martian operations. - Agency and location: NASA, through NASA Shared Services Center (NASA/NSSC); performance at Johnson Space Center (JSC). - Purpose: Support suited and unsuited gravity-offload testing, hardware evaluation, and human-in-the-loop testing. - Scope: All-inclusive single- and dual-arm COASTER operations; remote Test Readiness Review (TRR) support; Atlas EXCON Suit v4 rentals as needed; and training and technical mentorship for operators and test directors. - Procurement approach: NASA/NSSC intends a sole-source award to Atlas Devices, LLC. The notice requests capability statements only; quotes will not be considered. - Submission deadline: Written capability statements are due by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on October 23, 2026. - Performance timing: Support is needed during FY2027–FY2028.
