Pasco County Schools seeks one collaborative robotic welding system for Marchman Technical College

Pasco County Schools is seeking an integrated collaborative robotic welding system for its Marchman Technical College welding program. - Buyer: Pasco County Schools (District School Board of Pasco County), Purchasing; Pasco County, Florida. - OEM: FANUC is the named manufacturer and specification reference. The robot must meet or exceed the FANUC CRX-10iA reference specifications: 10 kg wrist payload and 1,249 mm reach. An equivalent system is permitted; no bidding vendor is named. - Quantity and equipment: One complete system, including a collaborative robot welding arm, robotic torch, welding power supply, wire feeder, cables and connections, water cooling, and an integrated workstation. The workstation must include a welding table rated for at least 226 kg (500 lb), reusable workholding/clamps, safety and fault-reset controls, and secure equipment and cable housing. - Programming and safety: Include a directly integrated tablet or touchscreen and student-friendly programming software supporting teach-at-the-torch programming; creating, editing, saving, and loading programs; and linear, circular, stitch, and multi-pass welding. The system must operate as an integrated package and comply with applicable ANSI, OSHA, and robotic safety standards. - Included services and support: Installation and setup or delivery fully assembled; at least two days of onsite training in operation, programming, welding and educational applications, safety, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; continuing online resources for instructors and students; ongoing phone/email, troubleshooting, software, and maintenance support; and manufacturer warranties on major equipment. - Pricing: Provide one total price for the complete system, including components, services, and freight. System specification sheets are required. - Other stated requirements: The procurement documents include a signed labor-and-services coercion affidavit. Additional supplier requirements may apply for personnel working at District sites or suppliers accessing personal identifying information.
