Cherry Hospital lease and operation of one ATM

Cherry Hospital is seeking a qualified financial institution to lease space and provide and operate one ATM at the hospital. - Government buyer: North Carolina Department of Administration, State Property Office – Leasing Section, on behalf of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Cherry Hospital. - Requested service: Lease space and provide, install, and operate one ATM. The supporting materials describe an approximately 400-square-foot site at 110 Old Smithfield Road, Goldsboro, North Carolina. - ATM capabilities: 24-hour withdrawals, deposits, and transfers; support for existing regional or national cards without requiring extra cards or access codes; and connection to at least two major national ATM networks. Relay and Plus are cited as network examples, not as bidders or equipment vendors. - Lessee responsibilities: ATM installation, improvements, communications lines, alarms and other necessary equipment, security, and maintenance of the ATM area. A kiosk pad and protective bollards, if needed, are also the lessee’s responsibility.
