Guilford County is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to serve as its Strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Journey Partner for a comprehensive, multi-year ERP transformation. The partner will provide strategic guidance, program-level support, and hands-on execution across Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Budget. The initiative will replace and consolidate the County’s diverse ERP portfolio into a more modern landscape, with activities that may include requirements gathering, product and integrator selection, solution design, implementation, data migration, testing, organizational change management, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
