The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) publishes the names of persons added to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. Their property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. The notice describes sanctions imposed under Executive Orders 14059 and 13224, as amended.
