Description

Clear Power LLC applied to the U.S. Department of Energy for authorization to transmit electric energy from the United States to Mexico under the Federal Power Act. The application seeks a new export authorization for an additional five-year term; its previous authorization expired in December 2025, and the renewal application was filed after that expiration.
