Wylie Independent School District is seeking a supplier for on-demand fuel deliveries to district locations. - Buyer: Wylie Independent School District (Wylie ISD), a K–12 school district in Wylie, Collin County, Texas. - Requested products and estimated annual quantities: - Ultra-low-sulfur diesel: approximately 166,000 gallons. - Unleaded gasoline: approximately 134,000 gallons. - Requested service: As-needed delivery of both fuel types to designated district locations. - Estimated annual expenditure: approximately $1,000,000; estimated value over the initial term and renewal options could be approximately $1,000,000–$5,000,000. - Vendor requirements include a business relationship with an organization whose annual fuel-delivery volume is at least as large as Wylie ISD’s. Proposal materials include delivery personnel’s valid driver’s licenses, Hazmat certifications, spill-response training records, vehicle inspection reports, and proof of carrier insurance. Wylie ISD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply and deliver unleaded gasoline and ultra-low-sulfur diesel to designated district locations on an as-needed basis. The estimated annual requirements are approximately 166,000 gallons of diesel and 134,000 gallons of gasoline, with an estimated annual expenditure of approximately $1,000,000. The district intends to award the contract to one vendor, and the vendor must have fuel-delivery experience with entities whose annual fuel delivery is equal to or greater than Wylie ISD’s. The contract term is November 16, 2026 through November 30, 2027, with options to renew annually through November 30, 2031.
