NSPA is seeking proposals for a five-year, need-based supply of shooting-range targets and associated supplies. - Buyer: NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), General and Cooperative Services Programme (LB). - Products and estimated annual quantities: - Target 1/1 green body-shaped 10-split targets: 335,400; Target 1/2 green body-shaped targets with inner marker: 105,650; Target 1/3 green body targets: 29,150; Target 1/4 green body targets: 17,900. - Classic IPSC targets: 2,930; reduced 30 m 10-split targets: 80,470; reduced 30 m 10-split targets for MP5: 500; reduced 30 m 10-split targets for HK-416 main aim: 45,000. - 1/2 m 10-split pistol targets: 3,350; 60 cm normal 100 m targets: 8,400; multiple-target sheets: 6,100. - Adhesive sticky-patch rolls: black 16,390, brown 1,700, white 17,750, and green 30,220; compatible plastic dispensers: 235. - OEMs and vendors: No target, patch, or dispenser manufacturer or vendor is identified by name. The solicitation requires an OEM Certificate of Conformity. - Notable requirements: Products must be newly manufactured from new materials and meet specified dimensions, paperboard or paper weights, target designs, printing, and colors. Targets must have a minimum five-year shelf life. Patch rolls must contain at least 2,000 patches and withstand sunlight, rain, and temperature variation; packaging must protect products during transit and storage. - Ordering and pricing: The contract is expected to use need-based call-off orders, with no minimum or guaranteed order quantity. Proposals are requested on a firm fixed-price basis, with delivery FCA the contractor’s facilities.
