Description

This is a notice of recommended award for VTA non-competitive contract S26105 with Hitachi Rail CD U.S. Ltd., previously known as Clever Devices Ltd. The contract covers disabling bells on inactive light rail cars and limiting horn and bell activation to the leading vehicle, developing a Cancellation API for automating work cancellations in Clever CAD, and retrofitting Clever Devices systems for four new RAV4 NRV vehicles.
