The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission is seeking independent audit services for selected self-insured employer claims and reporting. - Government buyer: Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, Baltimore, Maryland. - Service requested: Audit selected portions of the IC-1 Annual Information Report submitted by selected self-insured employers. - Assess the validity and accuracy of claim payments, case reserve estimates, and reported information. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs or specific vendors are named in the notice. - Estimated project cost: Up to $100,000. - Participation goals: 25% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and 5% Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE).

Description

The solicitation seeks audit services to determine the validity and accuracy of claim payments, case reserve estimates, and reporting submitted by selected self-insured employers for selected portions of the IC-1 (Annual Information Report). It is a secondary competition Task Order Request for Proposal under the Audit Services Master Contract for Maryland State Agencies. Only SBR Master Contractors awarded under that contract may submit a response. Proposals must be submitted through eMaryland Marketplace Advantage; email submissions will not be accepted.
