Beverage quantities are not guaranteed. - Beverage offering: Propose commonly sold non-alcoholic products such as carbonated and noncarbonated drinks, juice and fruit drinks, sports beverages, tea, bottled water, and flavored water. Proposals must include product details, retail pricing, and commission information. - Delivery and equipment requirements: Deliver ordered beverages directly to designated concession locations, normally within 48 hours of an order unless otherwise approved. Supplier responsibilities for the coolers include delivery, installation, setup, maintenance, repair, and replacement. The coolers are storage and merchandising units, not automated vending or self-checkout equipment; stocking individual coolers is not required unless separately agreed. - Commercial terms: Estimated usage is $500,000, but purchases are as needed and neither quantities nor spend are guaranteed.
