This is an annual contract for overhead distribution line construction and maintenance up to 34.5 kV, including street light maintenance; overhead transmission line construction and maintenance up to 115 kV; and underground line construction and maintenance up to 34.5 kV. Prevailing wage rates apply, and all bidders must submit a bid deposit, with the amount dependent on the work bid: $15,000, $17,500, or $50,000. The successful bidder or bidders must furnish a satisfactory payment bond equal to 50% of the total estimated annual value of the awarded contract.
